A unified web observatory that visualises vulnerability spatially across Tanga and Mwanza, combining flood hazard, population, water, health and infrastructure data into interactive maps that run from high-risk (red) to resilient (green), with drill-down from city-wide view to individual ward and generated reports for decision-makers.
